Brick Plaza maintains a center-wide Youth Escort Policy
From OPEN to CLOSE daily, visitors under the age of 17 must be accompanied by a parent or supervising adult 21 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required. Supervising adults are responsible for the actions of the youth they accompany.
RULES OF ETIQUETTE
In an effort to work in the best interest of our businesses and provide a pleasant experience for our guests, the following activities are prohibited while on property:
- Violation of the Youth Escort Policy
- Solicitation and/or distribution of materials
- Disorderly conduct of any nature/actions deemed unsafe or a disturbance to others
- Use of skateboards, bikes, e-bikes on sidewalks and boardwalk
- Gatherings/demonstrations without prior approval from property management
- Use of loud or obscene language/gestures
- Standing/walking in large groups, causing inconvenience to others
- Loitering or blocking storefronts/fire exits
- Smoking in any building or designated smoke free zones
- Violation of any State/Federal law or local ordinance
- Vandalism or destruction of property
